We've been building illuminated signs for commercial clients since 2014. Over that time, we've worked with businesses across retail, hospitality, healthcare, and professional services - from independent shops to national chains. 

Our work covers the full process: initial design, fabrication, and installation. Most projects start with understanding what a business actually needs - not just what they think they want. A restaurant needs different signage than a law office, and highway-facing retail has different requirements than an interior mall location. 

The design team handles concepts and technical drawings. We work with the client's brand guidelines when they exist, or help develop a visual identity when they don't. The focus is on creating signs that work practically - readable from the right distances, appropriate for the location, and built to last in local conditions. 

Our standard warranty covers LED components for five years and fabrication work for two years. This includes failures from manufacturing defects, LED module problems, transformer issues, and weather seal failures that cause water infiltration. The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents or modifications made by others, but we're reasonable about evaluating issues when they come up.

When problems happen, the process is straightforward. Contact us with photos or video showing what's wrong, and we'll diagnose the issue remotely in most cases. We ship replacement components with detailed installation instructions, and your local contractor or maintenance team handles the actual repair work. For more complex problems, we can set up video calls to walk through troubleshooting steps together.

Our fabrication process handles everything from cutting raw materials to final testing before shipment. The shop includes CNC routers for precision cutting, metal brakes and shears for aluminum work, and a paint booth for finishing. We don't manufacture LEDs or transformers ourselves - we source those from established suppliers whose components we've tested extensively over years of use.
